Founder and creative director Patrice Roulx is schooled in the arts and theater bringing a sharp eye for detail when it comes to the upscale mobile bartending and contract waitstaff business. A classic cocktail mixologist from the Boston Bartending School, she combines years of front-of-house restaurant experience with valuable hospitality knowledge after serving as Director of Corporate Hospitality at the 10,000-seat concert venue, formerly Singer Family Park in Manchester, New Hampshire. Patrice’s husband, Kevin handles all pre-planning, day-off logistics and execution, while serving as the full-time company business officer.
