Always included: a first consultation arriving at a solid quote for contracting and all further consultations in the planning process after contracting; all coordination with planners, caterers, equipment rental vendors, and beverage-side deliveries; all crew labor, travel, tolls, insurance (including state-approved workman’s comp), towing, taxes, and fees; our equipment to perform bar services — all detailed in your quote sheet.

At contract signing to secure your date and services we require a down payment of 50-percent of your base quote. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to your reception or event.
